Welcome!

My name is David Dávila, a commercial and sports photographer from Honduras and based in Italy.
My journey into photography started of a genuine passion for the outdoors, nature and portraiture. I started taking photos of landscapes during my trail runs and portraits of my kids and family at home, then friends and colleagues began asking for pictures too, drawn to my style and approach.
As my passion for photography grew, I spent countless hours studying the work of photographers and artists I admire and constantly learning. I took specialized courses in composition, studio lighting, and digital retouching, blending hands on practice with formal training. What began as a personal passion gradually grew into a dedicated career.
Over the last decade, my work has taken me across continents from capturing sports and brand stories in Argentina to portraits, corporate, weddings and commercial visuals in New York City and now into the beautiful surroundings of northern Italy.
At its heart, my photography is all about connection and capturing the genuine human emotions of every moment. For me, true photography must carry that sense of humanity. Whether working in natural outdoor environments or in a structured studio setup, I focus on creating a relaxed atmosphere where authentic expressions and meaningful visual stories naturally unfold.
